We have authorized Aramex Delivery as our delivery partner to deliver the items you buy online from our site. We reserve our rights to engage the services of any other delivery company for improved, timely and reliable services.

Following FAQs will help you to know most of the answers related to Delivery and Shipping queries.
○ What is the general estimated time of delivery?
Your delivery is generally scheduled for the 10 working days time that you place your order. But it may delay for 3-6 working days depending on the amount of orders we receive every day. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.

For items with customized design may delay more in delivery as per the complexity of the work.
○ If I did not like the item I purchased, and I want to return it. How do I arrange for an order pickup?

○ What if I miss a delivery?
Our delivery partner will contact you again thru call/ SMS/ WhatsApp on business and reschedule the delivery. If they are not able to reach you after multiple attempts, they will transfer the case to our customer service department for further follow-up.
○ Can I pick up my order from your Outlet?
Yes, Store Pick Up option is available.
○ Orders held/delayed.
Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect. Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.
