Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for store credit , only for items damaged in transit or wrongly shipped. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
Exchanges & Refund
To be eligible for a store credit, you must first email us within 24 hours of receiving the item at admin@stones.luxury to alert us of the damage or wrongly received item, providing a photo is required.

Our support team will contact you as soon as possible to solve this inconvenience; if you were found eligible for a store credit we will ask you to return the item with shipping fees (unless it was badly damaged), and upon receipt of the damaged or wrongly shipped item and fully investigating the issue, then approving you are eligible for an exchange we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will provide you with two options:
- Choosing another item which you will receive does not include re-shipping fees (Shipping fees of the new item should approximately match the shipping fees of the first ordered item).
- If you didn’t find any suitable item at the time, we can always have a store credit under your name with the same amount of money you paid, which you can use later on to purchase any other item.

In case you received an item that is not damaged or wrongly shipped, but you were not totally satisfied, you can return the item, according to those conditions:
- You will pay for the re-shipping fees.
- Stones Luxury has a clear no refund policy, therefore, you will have a store credit under your name with the same amount of money you paid (item price only without the shipping fees) which you can use later on to purchase any other item.

- Custom made items

- Items on Sale
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stones Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Stones Luxury will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
